Shipping

All products are shipped via USPS or UPS.  Once your order has been placed, our team will email you a shipping confirmation and tracking number.  Shipping times and costs vary by location and the number of puzzles you purchase.

Returns

If there is any problem with your puzzle or you have any questions, please let us know. If necessary, we will replace your puzzle at no charge to rectify that problem.
